Aspirants who join ISFON vocational courses to enhance their livelihood skills face many day-to-day challenges. They need continuous encouragement, inspiration and motivation to complete their chosen course, secure placements and adapt to their new working environments. Through Be an Angel mentorship program, 'Angels' give their valuable time to continuously engage and mentor aspirants on their journey from enrolling in courses and completing them, to becoming financially independent.
